This occurs when you request a quote from us, want to find out about our products via our contact forms, order a catalog, subscribe to our newsletter or book a trip.

Where is my data processed?

Your data is processed by Sprachcaffe in the EU. To the extent permitted by law, data processing also takes place in other European countries. The transfer of personal data to the relevant service providers (e.g. airlines, language schools, host families, insurance companies, hotel operators or supervisors) in corresponding third countries is necessary in order to fulfill the contractual agreements made with you.

Will my data be passed on to third parties?

If you have decided to book with Sprachcaffe, your data will be passed on to the necessary service providers such as airlines, language schools, host families, insurance companies, hotel operators or supervisors as well as to units within the Sprachcaffe organization. We also pass on your data to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for sending documents, emails or catalogs. What is "conversion tracking" and how is it used?
